Meet the Team
Hi! I'm Lindsey, Registered Dietitian & Founder of Eat Pray Lift Nutrition Coaching. I became a Registered Dietitian in 2009 after earning a B.S. and M.S. degree in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University & University of Central Oklahoma, respectively.
After spending over a decade in corporate wellness & managed care roles, I followed my passion for truly transforming lives and founded my nutrition coaching practice. While the corporate world provided me with valuable learning experiences needed to run a business, I realized corporate wellness and managed care weight loss programs were limited by policy & procedural red tape. That red tape resulted in being confined to generic, "check a box" services that lacked the personalized approach necessary to change lives. Everyone deserves a nutrition program as unique as they are that's guided by a nutrition expert who takes the time to understand each client's life & has the skills to motivate behavior change.
My program reflects my belief that sustainable weight loss doesn't mean missing out on favorite foods, social plans or dining out. I'm a mom of four and understand the challenges of balancing a busy family life & work demands while making time for self care. My macro tracking approach to maintaining my physique while enjoying life is what I've practiced in my own life for well over a decade. It's empowered me to have even better abs than I did pre-babies, fuel my strength & endurance exercise routines while feeling focused & energized for work each day. How to do all of this without spending hours in the kitchen shouldn't be a mystery. Everyone deserves to feel confident in their own skin & enjoy food as part of life's experience, and that's exactly what you'll learn to achieve in this dietitian led, individualized program. When I'm not doing dietitian things, you can catch me at Top Golf or road tripping with my family, snuggling with my Frenchie & sipping champagne with my husband at our wine club.
Hi! My name is Danielle Phillipps & I'm a Registered Dietitian with my bachelors and masters in Nutrition from the University of Alabama. I worked for the University of Alabama Performance Nutrition Team for three years while earning my undergrad degree. I worked alongside the team of dietitians fueling collegiate football players as well as Olympic Sport athletes. Then, I moved back home to California where I worked for the University of Southern California football team.
Throughout this time, I also worked at an eating disorder and rehab facility where I gained an immense amount of experience that could be applied in many different settings. Next, I worked as a Sports Dietitian for Olympic Sports at Michigan State University. I worked with various athletes and teams including Volleyball, Baseball, Soccer, Track and Field, Cross Country, and Rowing.
While I have a passion for athletes, I also love working with active individuals of all ages and those who want to learn how to become active! I have a huge passion for helping clients build a healthy relationship with food, educating athletes on how to fuel at the highest level, and guiding clients on how they can reach their body composition and performance goals while still enjoying life and the foods they love!
