Lindsey's guidance has helped me both physically & mentally. Being an on-the-go professional, I was quick to make excuses as to why I couldn't eat healthier food or workout. However, once the consequences of my weight were fully realized (poor mobility, high blood pressure, joint pain, etc), I reached out for help. I started to exercise and wanted to include a dietitian to help me better understand what I should be eating to meet the vision I had for myself. With Lindsey in my corner, I have been able to turn my health & my life around. If anyone needs help meeting their goals, I can't recommend Lindsey enough! She practices what she preaches!

When I found out I was pre-diabetic, I was really upset. I didn't know how to fix the problem but I knew there was no way I was getting full blown diabetes. That's when I turned to Lindsey. She helped me navigate this new scary world and figure out how to get my body back on track. I learned so much about carbs, protein, sugar, and how to get a healthy balance. Lindsey started working with me when I needed to reduce my weight to help bring down my blood pressure. She focused on how to help me see how my current eating habits could be tweaked to better impact my health. She is continuing to help me focus on eating more protein at regular intervals so to eliminate the desire to eat the foods that don't benefit me. My health has improved as far as my blood pressure, my focus on healthy diet, and utilizing mindful eating techniques to stay on track. At this point, I have gradually lost over 35 pounds and still working on my goal to lose 70 pounds.

When my body started to go through "the change" of menopause, I realized the way I normally ate was no longer working. It was very difficult emotionally to be working out all the time but see the scale go up, fat collecting around my mid-section, and needing to buy a bigger size in clothes. I started working with Lindsey who evaluated my complete nutrition profile, exercise routine, and recent bloodwork. She was very encouraging throughout the process. Lindsey realigned my macros and taught me how to eat in a way that I was able to trim my mid-section while feeling satisfied with my meals. I was able to eat more, increase muscle tone and definition, and I'm often getting compliments on my youthful and strong physique (I am 60 years old)!

She has so much knowledge and tools to help you succeed in your journey. I'm a mom of 3.
