My experience working with Lindsey has been truly eye opening and most importantly, lasting. I never thought that I could eat what I love, enjoy Holidays and normal family outings, and make progress towards my fat loss goals at the same time. My favorite part of working with Lindsey is that every time that I felt I had run into a roadblock, Lindsey offered not only knowledgeable but extremely practical advice that a busy mom can easily apply. I found Lindsey about 6 months before I ever booked an appointment with her. I stalked her Instagram and kept waiting for the "right time" to book her. I FINALLY booked an appointment with Lindsey and am forever grateful I took the leap of faith. I am down 20 pounds, but more importantly, Lindsey has helped me discover a lot about myself. I have learned that nutrition is far beyond what you put in your body. I spent the last 12 months putting on about 10lbs before I met Lindsey. Within 6 weeks of working with eat pray lift program, I had lost all of that weight and feel much more confident with my food choices. I have completely changed my eating habits. Most of my clothes are too loose, and I have to wear a belt! The real bonus is Lindsey encouraged me to eat more, not less. She pointed out a lot of simple food ideas that cover the nutrition needs of my body. I don't feel like I am eating a restricted diet. If anything I have to remind myself to eat something because my usual cravings are just not there anymore.

I’m a working mother of 2 toddlers and have been having difficulty losing the baby weight after my second child despite success after my first. I had been exercising and dieting for over two years without any movement. I found and met Lindsey and have already lost almost all the baby weight! I was at the end of my rope and about the give up hope until Lindsey guided me through the process. She is encouraging and helps me set realistic goals that I am able to maintain. She doesn’t shame me and continues to be one of my biggest cheerleaders. I’m able to fit into clothes that I haven’t comfortably worn in years, feel stronger and less tired, and am overall healthier. Lindsey is such a rockstar dietitian! She takes the time to get to know you as a person, what your goals are, and helps give you the tools, resources, and guidance to meet them. With her help I was able to better understand what was contributing to my higher cholesterol and make adjustments to my lifestyle to lower it without taking away the joy of the foods I love to eat. I feel so equipped and empowered after her help, and would recommend her to anyone who wants or needs to work with someone on their nutrition!

I have been on a health journey for a while, but got caught in yo-yo dieting and fad trends in exercise and diets. Putting in the work in the gym was not my problem, it was what I did with intake that was my perpetual problem. The crux of the matter was my journey had little to do with health and a lot to do with self-image. I wanted quick and easy solutions that did not last long and was not very sustainable. That is until my friend pointed me towards Lindsey. Right out the gate, her genuine and personable approach made me extremely confident that I was not just being sold a product but being presented with a lifelong awareness in nutrition. Her relational and professional approach has motivated me to see intake differently. I am a sponge absorbing all I can, from her assessments to weekly check-in’s. I am more aware, confident, and mindful and automatically implement all she says. I travel a fair a moment throughout the year for work, and those travels have always presented its fair share of obstacles, regarding food choices. Whether it's binging on airport food because I have nothing else to do, standing in line at fast-food places because it’s routine, or lack of options at venues. Something always got in the way. But working with Lindsey has had me prepared for how to adjust, pivot, and call last minute audibles. I am down inches and pounds and that isn't even the greatest change. I gained more than I lost. Gained? (That's triggering) I gained an understanding of macronutrients that has fascinated me and kept me locked in, I gained a confidence that I had lost a long time ago, and I gained an approach to eating that is enjoyable and responsible. If you’re on the fence, let curiosity get you over and see what I have seen for yourself. You will not regret it.

Lindsey is a wonderful nutritionist. Very focussed and has vast knowledge about her work and her meal plans are doable. She is also in tune with the medical world. When I have health problems/questions she gives guidance on how to overcome them by having a healthy diet. She is very caring and respects the condition of her clients. Lindsey taught me which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living. She also showed me how to eat before and after my exercise so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. Through Lindsey's program, I stopped thinking about weight loss and began thinking that I was learning to change my life. Your plan and motivation made it all so easy for me. Lindsey's guidance has helped me both physically & mentally. Being an on-the-go professional, I was quick to make excuses as to why I couldn't eat healthier food or workout. However, once the consequences of my weight were fully realized (poor mobility, high blood pressure, joint pain, etc), I reached out for help. I started to exercise and wanted to include a dietitian to help me better understand what I should be eating to meet the vision I had for myself. When I found out I was pre-diabetic, I was really upset. I didn't know how to fix the problem but I knew there was no way I was getting full blown diabetes. That's when I turned to Lindsey. Lindsey started working with me when I needed to reduce my weight to help bring down my blood pressure. She focused on how to help me see how my current eating habits could be tweaked to better impact my health. She is continuing to help me focus on eating more protein at regular intervals so to eliminate the desire to eat the foods that don't benefit me. When my body started to go through "the change" of menopause, I realized the way I normally ate was no longer working. It was very difficult emotionally to be working out all the time but see the scale go up, fat collecting around my mid-section, and needing to buy a bigger size in clothes. I started working with Lindsey who evaluated my complete nutrition profile, exercise routine, and recent bloodwork. She was very encouraging throughout the process. Lindsey realigned my macros and taught me how to eat in a way that I was able to trim my mid-section while feeling satisfied with my meals. She has so much knowledge and tools to help you succeed in your journey. I'm a mom of 3.
